Cancellation Policy

At InternetTVPLAN, we recognize that plans may change, and you might need to cancel your service. To ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation notice

If you need to cancel your service, please notify us in writing via email within 1 to 2 days of placing your order.

Refund Policy

Should you cancel your service within the specified time frame, you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Unfortunately, if the cancellation occurs outside the permitted period, no refund will be issued.

Service Modifications

If you require any changes to your service, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If these changes involve a reduction in the scope or duration of the service, a partial refund may be provided, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled service without prior notice, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund.
